north from Boston - Take Rte. 1 North to Topsfield Exit. Follow past 2 sets of lights to 3rd set at bottom of hill. Sign reads "Ipswich 6
mi". Take right at this light. Follow winding road pass MBTA train station on right,
Ipswich Co-operative Bank on left. Take next left at the island (Gregory Insurance
Building is on corner). Bear Right Ithaki is on the left side of Hammatt Street.
From the Mass. Pike - Take 95 & 128 North. Follow 95 North to Exit 50. Topsfield
- Follow past 2 sets of lights to 3rd set at bottom of hill. Sign reads "Ipswich 6

From 95 North -
Take Route 133 Rowley Exit, go straight through set of
lights (Agawam Diner on your right) follow main road bearing
right. Bear right at the stop sign (Village Pancake
House on your right), follow 133 into Ipswich, bear right at
Dunkin Donuts, bear left (Brook Pharmacy) go straight down
Central Street, Take a right onto Hammatt Street (Fire
Station is across the street). Ithaki is on the right
side of Hammatt Street.
